I Found the answer to clean import!
1. In a browser type <your blogger URL>/feeds/posts/default?alt=rss .
2. Save the file. (It should have an .htm extension automatically)
3. In your wordpress admin panel, go to Manage>Imports.
4. Click on the RSS option.
5. Browse for your file, Upload.
6. Go to your site and see your perfectly imported Blogger posts now in your WordPress blog!

I found the solution. I needed to turn off my firewall and internet security. thanks.

also…I just tested and I couldn’t upload anything larger than 150kb in size.
