In my case I had activated the maintenance mode in Elementor plugin. I solved it by going to the file manager in cPanel and deleting the .maintenance file (if you can’t see it, it’s because it’s hidden and, in that case, you have to click on the configuration button located in the upper right corner and on the pop-up window activate the box “”Show hidden files (dotfiles)”).
