I’ve rolled back to version 2.1.0 on both sites and all is good again.

Hi @mattschofield thanks for the heads up. I second the indentation issue of bullet points.

It’s more than likely our issues are related, I’ll role back to the 2.1.0 version and see if it helps.

I am getting a similar issue on another website where I am not using Elementor.

I am using the plugin on another woocommerce site, again using the tabs in the short product description field. However, there is no content in the long description and I am not using Elementor this time.

If you look at the new screen shot from this other site you will see the tabs are displaying the share buttons. All tabs are displaying the share buttons at the bottom. The buttons look slightly different.

It’s as though the tabs plugin has a missing bracket somewhere in the code – it thinks everything below it is included.

I did read your post before writing – to see if they were similar. I will have a play around today. I have noticed on another site I have used the tabs on in the product description field it has done a bit wonky too but, nothing as severe.

Having played around with the plugin over the weekend I can see that it needs some refining. It’s a great plugin – many features on the free version however, some little tweaks here and there would be great.

There is a banner from the developers above the settings page that says they are to be doing some updates with the plugin soon, but here are just a few things that I can see that would help immensely.

– The ability to chnage the ‘shop manager’ title that’s displayed on messages
– The ability to style to the refund request and message forms – even if it’s just colous
– The ability to customize the pop up message that says the refund request has been sent. Also this pop up disappears way too quickly!
– When the messages page is refreshed the last message is repeated
– The ability to delete messages and to disallow/stop profanity in messages
– When a product is refunded via the admin using the button ‘refund via woopayments’ if later on the same order status is changed to refunded the refund goes through again but adds onto the order total!!

I do yes, I have the Woopayments and Paypal Payments installed. The initial theory was to have the Woopayments for card processing and PayPal for Paypal payments.

As you can see from the new screen shot, it’s quite clean and easy to select which payment one wishes to use – via the radio buttons at the top. However, underneathe the Paypal Pay Later button (at the bottom), there is a button for ‘Debit or Credit Card’. I know this is for allowing Paypal to process a card transaction – which is good because customers trust Paypal but, I think it looks a little confusing for a customer point of view maybe

FYI ‘Enable Paypal Card Processing’ is unchecked in settings.

Thanks for your reply.

I figured as much, but thought I would ask anyway.

I have previosly tuinred on ‘Card Processing’ however, I thought it looked a bit confusing for the customer as the checkout showed 2 options for credit cards. At least with it turned off, the layout looks more separate and more intuitive.

I’ll have a play around to see if I can come up with anything.

The probably was the trailing ‘/’ at the end of the permalinks.

If, …/contact-from/ was the source it added the extra ‘/’
ie ‘/contact/-from’

but if, …/contact-form was the source it went to the correct target, …’/contact-from’

I’ve worked it out, I have 2 similar redirects which where affecting each other.

…/contact/
…/contact-form/

I changed the name of the page ‘…/contact-form’ to ‘…/contacts-form’ and redirected that to …/contact-form and it worked.

Thanks for getting back to me.

I have tried with and without ‘regex’ and issue still exists. I have also tried, 301 or 308 again, with and without ‘regex’ but again same issue.

I can’t work out why it is only happening to this one particular page, the URLs have the ‘-‘ betweeen the last two words after the domain eg contact-from and this is where the extra ‘/’ is turning up. However, contact-form is not the only page like this. I have a few including, privacy-policy, delivery-policy, and these work fine.

I have included a link to a couple of screen shots.

Any suggestions as to why will be appreciated. Thanks
