Just reviewing this post again, and realized that the WP commenting actually turned those HTML symbols into the quotes.

It should read:

Post title: Classified Info Found In John Doe's Email and Emails of Jane Doe's Aides

Turns into in the meta tag: Classified Info Found In John Doe ampersand#8217; s Email and Emails of Jane Doe ampersand#8217; s Aides

Meaning single quote turns into: ampersand#8217;

It should actually be a single quote.

I switched to TwentyTwelve, and disabled all plug-ins, still same issue:

Here are the steps to reproduce:
1) Load the slider on desktop
2) close down browser window as small as possible to simulate small screen or mobile device
3) reload the page.

Result: images don’t load, and the text doesn’t scroll from slide to slide.

Neither of these shortcodes seemed to work for me. I seem to just get the basic WP gallery. Anything that I might be missing here?

The call is inside the loop, and I tried all the different options presented above. Could it be my WP install? 3.3.1?

Has this been confirmed? Meaning did you downgrade your install and resolve this problem? I’m having the same issue with a 3.3.1 install.
