Good question! I also want to know… @pickpluginswporgrep
I’m guessing it’s the time set to review new members and mark them as verified, which doesn’t make sense since the plugin is intended to force email verification.
@aamahin I have not yet upgraded to the paid Pro version. I’m hoping to resolve a few remaining issues to confirm I’ll keep using this before I do.
Should I still create an account and submit a support ticket there? I presume Pro support is only for the Pro version…
Any other suggestion as to why this ticket infor would not display for one customer, when it does display for another registered user of the website?
@escaldon I have not yet installed an SMTP plugin on the site in question. That would be my next step to address deliverability of any site-generated emails. I use “Easy WP SMTP” on various other sites, with good success.
I believe it would be very unfair to require Pro upgrade to address such core plugin functionality as notification emails. :-\
@escaldon No, not yet. I’m hoping to iron out few remaining issues before I upgrade. The emails are sent for me, just not until the order is marked as complete.
I added this custom function to my child theme to fix this issue.
See Section:
Automatically set the WooCommerce order status as Completed for virtual productsThis issue has been resolved.
Email is sent after order is marked as completed. Had to add custom function to auto-complete virtual order for immediate delivery of registration confirmation.

new version of Wise Chat…Please update it.
FYI: Updating to Free Wise Chat v.2.9.5 did not resolve the issue for us. Messages posted by users do not instantly appear in Chat with Ultra Lightweight Ajax engine selected. Others in chat do see message and hear notification. But page must be reloaded for user who sent the message to see it in the chat.
We’ll be using the Lightweight Ajax Engine for now, since that works as expected.
Thanks for the hard work and quick support!

In reply to: [Wise Chat] Mention Sound Plays when Sending MessageThanks @marcinlawrowski
My question is about the free version (for now.):
The sound set for @mentions is being played for the user whenever that user sends a message. There appears to be no options for setting a sound that plays when sending a message to the chat. Or for disabling any message from playing when sending a message.
Example:
- User1 and User2 are in chat.
- User1 posts to chat and hears “Mentioning Sound Notification” every time.
- User2 hears “Message Sound Notification” when message from User1 is posted, as is expected.
So…why would User1 here the Mentioning Sound when posting a message? It would make more sense for them to hear the Message Sound. Better yet, the ability to set a sound for “Message Sent Notification would be ideal.
Ideal Scenario:
- When sending messages user hears Sound X , a quiet simple sound (Not @Mention Sound), or no sound at all if turned off in settings.
- When seeing All Messages, user hears Sound Y, a different simple sound.
- When user mentions another user, they still hear Sound X.
- When user is mentioned in chat message they hear Sound Y, a distinct more noticeable sound – bringing greater attention to the message.
Is this more clear now? Might the first example be fixed in the next update? Any chance the feature request in second scenario can be considered for future update?
THANK YOU!

In reply to: [Sinatra] Edit Button Text in Hero Section@brankoconjic I figured that might be the case, and found the right template file.
Thanks for the Child Theme link!

In reply to: [Wise Chat] ajax incompatibility?@marcinlawrowski
So…when I set the AJAX Engine to Lightweight AJAX and/or Default, the messages appear in the chat box as expected. It is only when setting the ENGINE to Ultra Lightweight that they only appear upon page reload.What type of server load impact / performance improvement will Ultra offer over Lightweight? Any chance this may be addressed in an update coming soon?
@robertc85
FYI: This is done from Wise Chat Settings -> Advanced -> AJAX Engine.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Wise Chat] ajax incompatibility?I just replicated this issue. I installed the free version of Wise Chat for testing before purchasing the Pro version.
After inserting the Chat on a page, I was able to enter text and hit send. But the messages did not display until upon page reload.
WordPress Version 5.6, default theme (Twenty Fifteen Version: 2.8).
Thanks in advance for any feedback!
Works like a charm, thanks again!
Wow. Thanks for the prompt response!
I’ll check back soon if I encounter any issues, or to mark as resolved.
Based on that old topic. I’m wondering if the solution is to…
Add this to “Custom Tracker Objects”:
{'allowLinker': true}
And add this to “Custom GA Code”:
ga('linker:domains', ['domain1.com', 'domain2.org', 'sub.domain1.com', 'sub.domain2.com', 'sub.domain3.com']);
Am I anywhere close?
