I think this would be a great feature. Perfect as the plugin is for me, not being able to close the open placemark by clicking anywhere is a real hindrance to user enjoyment!

Any ideas on how to achieve this?

This is really annoying. I assumed the author was talking about the pro version of Post Grids, not an entirely different plugin! So I got the Pro version of Post Grid and it is useless to me.
Waste of my time working on a plugin that doesn’t do what I need.

I just did exactly as in the above screenshots in the category template and the post grid with many categories… and the category page for each individual category shows all the posts in all the categories.

It does work, but only if I make a Post Grid for each individual category, and make a category template for each category with that Post Grid…

sorry for all the posts. I get it now.
For every category (XXX) I want to set up a post grid:
– I set up a separate post grid for that category.
– I create a new category-XXX.php file with the name of that unique post grid.
Works, a little boring to do!

o dear! Don’t understand. So I went to the Twenty Twelve theme, copied as in faq as stated into category.php
Now when I go to the category page:

I see not only the Hedgerow Hyllie category, but all the others! There must be a setting in “Post Grid Options/Query Posts” that I don’t know how to set… I just set it to ‘posts’ and did nothing else. What else should I do?
