@lazdu thanks for the tip! unfortunately that plugin couldn’t find the pixel for one of my three sites and I don’t want to sync all of my products and I couldn’t find a way to filter the sync ??

Really hope that pixel caffeine support can release a new fix for the problem.

I’m having the same problem. Installing the fix sends only the parent content_id, but the pixel helper gives me an error message saying that that product doesn’t exist in my catalogue (although I find it if I search for that product id in the catalogue). And my product feed doesn’t contain the variations, just the parent product (I haven’t selected “remove variations”)

I solved it by doing a lot of search and replace in my database, but I don’t know exactly what was wrong.

I’m having the same problem. Add to cart and Initiate Checkout are fired on the webpage according to the Pixel Helper, but I can’t see them in the Facebook event manager.

I’ve got the paid version and among the columns to chose from there’s no column for discounted price as far as I can see (I also emailed the support email about this with a picture, but I havn’t heard back from you)

I’m also interested in that solution ?? My redirects doesn’t work, and I’m starting to suspect some sort of plugin conflict but I don’t know what would cause that since everything else is working as before
