You did well, and we appreciate your efforts and vigilance, in identifying a potential security risk and taking immediate action to mitigate it.
WooCommerce is a plugin for WordPress and operates at the application level, not the server level, so if you want to take such traffic management to a certain level, you can discuss this with your hosting provider. They should be able to assist you in setting up a firewall rule to block traffic from the specified URL.

You can also isolate the issue by switching to a default WordPress theme, and then deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce to see if the issue is gone, if yes, that means a theme, or a plugin is contributing to the issue. The error message “Web Payments SDK can only be embedded on sites that use HTTPS,” suggests that the website is not using a secure HTTPS connection. The Square Web Payments SDK requires a secure HTTPS connection to function properly. If your website is not currently using HTTPS, I would recommend enabling it as a first step.
If your site already uses HTTPS, the issue might be related to a conflict with another plugin or a theme. I understand that you’ve already deactivated all plugins. How about switching to a default WordPress theme, and then reactivating the WooCommerce Square plugin to see if the issue persists? If not yet, please try that, then let us know if it helps.
