  • Hi @ayrstone

Oh, and @aguinaldodarla – good suggestions all, and I had done that before I grew even more suspicious.

You did well, and we appreciate your efforts and vigilance, in identifying a potential security risk and taking immediate action to mitigate it.

WooCommerce is a plugin for WordPress and operates at the application level, not the server level, so if you want to take such traffic management to a certain level, you can discuss this with your hosting provider. They should be able to assist you in setting up a firewall rule to block traffic from the specified URL.

I hope this information is helpful! ??

I’m going to mark this thread as resolved, but please don’t hesitate to start a new topic if you have any more questions down the line.

    Have a fantastic day!

    Hi @mayberrysoapcompany

To achieve the pricing structure you’re looking for, you can use a plugin that offers dynamic pricing or a bulk discount option. The WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts can help you set rules for specific products and quantities.

Please note that this is just one of many plugins that could potentially meet your needs, and you may want to explore others to find one that best fits your specific situation, but I suggest trying this first.

All extensions sold on WooCommerce.com have a 30-day refund policy. If the product doesn’t work the way you need it, or you think another product would work better, we are more than happy to provide a full refund.

    Hi @bertix

it might also help us understand your site’s current setup if you could share with us your system report. You can find this by navigating to WooCommerceStatus → select Get system report and then Download for support. This will download a TXT file that has the contents of the SSR to share with us. Thanks!

    Hello @boppar

Thank you for reaching out and for your positive feedback about our product. We’re glad to hear that you’re satisfied with your choice.

Our team, the same team behind WooCommerce, designed and developed Storefront, to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance. It’s a lightweight and fast-loading theme that offers deep integration. Of course, we understand that everyone has different needs and preferences, so we also have other themes like Boutique and Galleria that are optimized for WooCommerce.

As for your second question, it’s important to note that the number of installations doesn’t directly correlate with the number of reviews. Users have various reasons for leaving reviews, and not all users choose to do so.

Additionally, Storefront is often used as a base theme for child themes. This means that users may be reviewing the child theme they are using, rather than Storefront itself. This could explain why you may be seeing fewer reviews for Storefront compared to other themes.

We hope this answers your questions. If you have any more queries, don’t hesitate to ask. We’re here to help!

    Hi Guido,

Just to confirm, you are not able to access the dashboard when going to your dashboard (yourdomain.com/wp-admin, because it redirects to wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-admin&path=/google/start, is this correct?

First, if you have another admin you can use, can you also please try with that account?

If none, we’d appreciate it if you could yourdomain.com/wp-admin/plugins.php and see if you can deactivate the plugin there. If it’s not accessible, kindly share a screenshot of the page or error when you go to these pages. You may use https://snipboard.io when sharing screenshots. Please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your reply.

    Looking forward to your response!

    Hi @mogunbenj

From the error logs you’ve provided, there are several deprecated functions being used in your plugins. Deprecated functions are those that are no longer recommended for use, typically because they’ve been replaced by newer, more efficient, or more secure functions. Let’s see if we can get to the bottom of this.

First, please ensure that all your themes, plugins, and even WordPress are up-to-date. There may be some plugin or theme that is not compatible with the latest WooCommerce anymore.

You can also isolate the issue by switching to a default WordPress theme, and then deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce to see if the issue is gone, if yes, that means a theme, or a plugin is contributing to the issue. Re-enable each to see which one causes it. You can find a more detailed explanation of how to do a conflict test here.

Please let us know how it goes!

    Hi there @ayrstone

Can you please walk us through the steps you took to encounter the problem and some screenshots of the issue? You may use https://snipboard.io when sharing screenshots. Please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your reply.

Please also confirm if the issue happens on a different browser or device.

In the meantime, I also recommend navigating to WooCommerceStatusTools, and do the following to see if this makes any difference:

    • WooCommerce transients – Clear
    • Expired transients – Clear
    • Clear template cache – Clear

Also, please share a copy of your site’s System Status Report so that we can better understand your site’s current environment.

    • System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerceStatus → select Get system report and then Download for support. This will download a TXT file that has the contents of the SSR to share with us.

    Hi Ruud

I understand how important it is for your VAT to display correctly, especially for your direct bank payment customers.

The issue seems unique, and could be related to several factors. To isolate the problem, I suggest performing a conflict test by switching to a default WordPress theme, and then deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce to see if the issue is gone, if yes, that means a theme or a plugin is contributing to the issue. Re-enable each to see which one causes it. You can find a more detailed explanation of how to do a conflict test here.

    Hi @binu55

It would be best if you could perform a conflict test first, just as my colleague suggested, to isolate the problem. You can find a more detailed explanation of how to do a conflict test here.

Please let us know how it goes!

    Hi @suracreat

You should be able increase the quantity of a variable product in the WooCommerce cart?by default. However, I understand that everything is working now, and that you’re able to find a solution. That’s great to know.

    Hi @spyronj

We appreciate your patience and your willingness to try different solutions to resolve your issue.

Once you have some updates to share with us, we’ll investigate this further, as we are still checking other similar issues.

Remember to back up your site before making any changes to prevent any potential loss of data.

    Hi @fleastand

The error message “Web Payments SDK can only be embedded on sites that use HTTPS,” suggests that the website is not using a secure HTTPS connection. The Square Web Payments SDK requires a secure HTTPS connection to function properly. If your website is not currently using HTTPS, I would recommend enabling it as a first step.

If your site already uses HTTPS, the issue might be related to a conflict with another plugin or a theme. I understand that you’ve already deactivated all plugins. How about switching to a default WordPress theme, and then reactivating the WooCommerce Square plugin to see if the issue persists? If not yet, please try that, then let us know if it helps.

Also, please share a copy of your site’s System Status Report so that we can better understand your site’s current environment. You can find this by navigating to WooCommerceStatus → select Get system report and then Download for support. This will download a TXT file that has the contents of the SSR to share with us.

    I hope it helps!
