I can actually download the file without any issues. Also the file type is displayed correctly. Since there is also no duration available it seems like that you didn’t detect the duration and updated the episode.

That should be the problem, can you try audio/mp4 or audio/mpg?

Could you have a look at the enclosure what mime type is set? This kind of error happens if a mime type is provided that is not officially supported by the browsers. If that also won’t help you could simply remove the error from the default template. Still this only should be the last resort.

can you please check if you have the latest v5.0.14 plugin installed? Also are you using Gutenberg Blocks or shortcodes to embed the player?

I’ve updated the configurator in v5.0.12, this should give you the ability to configure the clients properly

Seems like there is a bug with the configurator, I will investigate and make sure to make the configurator more usable.

Very strange, i tried your markup and it worked perfectly fine for me. I will investigate further to see if I can reproduce this issue.

it should work exactly as you describe it. Can you share your full template (with name) and also the system (Powperpress or Publisher or a simple embed code) you are using to display the player.

@mayamitkind can you give me some more details around the installed plugin base and theme. We had a similar issue with the WordPress Twentytwenty theme. I still need to apply this fix for this plugin.

thanks for the feedback. I tried the shortcode you have provided and was able to run it successfully. I think there might be an issue with line breaks in the example you have copied from the description page.

Regarding the size issue, unfortunately the filesize detection really depends on the runtime and I couldn’t figure out a good way to make this possible on any PHP configuration for different hosters.

Nevertheless I will update the description to avoid further issues.

Sorry for the inconvenience, v5.0.8 was just published and should fix the issue.

I will update the documentation and also provide a fallback for the file size.
