In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] [Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Alternative to WP Media Library@jamesbb this is quite interesting, we have a large number of clients from China and no complaints about speed. However, they are hitting the US pops mostly.
If you’re having slowness issues, email support (at) maxcdn (dot) com with a traceroute and ping results for both your CDN domain and debub.netdna-cdn.com

In reply to: The best Speeding Plugin?Quite honestly, using a group of cache plugins is more than likely going to slow down your website for they might conflict one way or another.
We – at MaxCDN/NetDNA recommend W3 Total Cache + Pull Zone configuration ( https://wiki.netdna.com/Implementation/Wordpress ) and this should get your blog going fast and smooth ??
Should you have any issues, contact us at ( support (at) maxcdn (dot) com )

In reply to: MaxCDN – How to Update the cached stylesheet?Hi,
My name is Ahmed and I work for MaxCDN/NetDNA Support.
I’m sorry our documentation wasn’t helpful to you as you wish, and I am curious how you couldn’t reach our support.
Focing the stylesheet to update is very simple – while we update/refresh the cache every 24 hours, you can force the cache purge/reload of a specific file from the control panel. Login to your MaxCDN account, click on “Manage” next to your zone, and click on the “Cache” tab. You can either purge the entire zone cache or choose to purge a certain file’s cache by putting the file path “/wp-content/themes/theme/css/example.css” in the text box and hit “Purge”.
I hope that’s helpful.
Should you need help, email me directly asamir (at) maxcdn (dot) com.
