Hi leoceros,
Hope you are doing fine. We have tested this issue in our development environment but were unable to reproduce it. Additionally, we have not received any similar reports from other users. However, if you are experiencing this issue, there may be a specific conflict on your end.
To identify the root cause, we recommend performing a conflict test on your site by following these steps:
- Switch to a Default Theme:
- Change your theme to a default WordPress theme such as Twenty Twenty or Hello Elementor.
- Check if the issue persists.
- If the issue is resolved, this indicates that your current theme is causing the problem.
- Check for Plugin Conflicts:
- If the issue persists after switching themes, deactivate all plugins except ElementsKit and Elementor.
- Test your site again. If the issue is resolved, a conflict with one of the deactivated plugins is likely the cause.
- Reactivate the plugins one by one, testing after each activation, to identify the conflicting plugin.
Please let us know your findings after performing the conflict test. If the issue persists despite these steps, we will investigate further to find a solution as soon as possible.
Looking forward to your update.
Best regards,

In reply to: [ElementsKit Elementor Addons and Templates] Icons not showing!Hi marcie73,
Thanks for reching out to us. I think this issue happen due to cache. Clear all the cache from your website including any plugin, browser, server, or CDN also try disabling the Cache/Optimization plugin for some time if you are using one. Regenerate CSS and Sync your Elementor libraries from Elementor > Tools [screenshot]. Hope this info will help.
Let me know if you need further assistance.

AmirHi twinsofte,
Thanks for reaching out to us. The issue you’re experiencing is often caused by caching. Here are some steps to help diagnose and resolve it:
1. Clear All Caches
- Browser Cache: Perform a hard refresh (
Ctrl + Shift + R
on Windows orCmd + Shift + R
on Mac). - WordPress Caching Plugins: If you’re using caching plugins like WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache, or LiteSpeed Cache, clear the cache.
- Server-Side Caching: If your hosting provider has caching enabled, clear the server cache.
- CDN Cache: If you use a CDN like Cloudflare, purge the cache from there as well.
2. Regenerate CSS & Data
- Navigate to WordPress Dashboard > Elementor > Tools.
- Click on Regenerate CSS & Data and then refresh your homepage to check if the issue is resolved.
3. Ensure Everything is Updated
- Update Elementor, Elementor Pro, ShopEngine and WooCoomerce, and any other related plugins.
- Ensure your theme and WordPress version are up to date.
Hope you will not face the issue again. Let us know if you still need assistance.

AmirHi?wonderwooma,
I hope you’re doing well. As mentioned in my previous response, to use the megamenu, you need to use the EKIT Nav Menu Widget. Please refer to the attached screenshot for guidance.
Please note that this widget cannot be used in the Astra theme’s header. To create a megamenu with ElementsKit, follow the instructions provided in the [ElementsKit Megamenu Documentation].
Thank you for your understanding. If you need any further assistance, feel free to reach out to us.

Hi wonderwooma,
Thanks for reaching out!
The megamenu will not override your theme’s header. However, if you create the theme header using ElementsKit, it will replace your existing theme header.
To build the megamenu, please follow these steps:
- Enable the Header & Footer Builder module in ElementsKit. This will override any existing theme header.
- Add the EKIT Nav Menu Widget to the menu section of your header (screenshot: https://prnt.sc/7_Drk005XJ2u). This step is essential—without it, the megamenu will not function.
- Customize your megamenu according to your needs by following the ElementsKit Megamenu Documentation.
We hope this helps clarify the setup process. Let us know if you need any further assistance!

AmirHi othmaneerraih,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
It is not currently possible to adjust the button width directly from the controller. However, you can modify the button’s width by applying custom CSS, such as setting a specific width or adjusting the left and right padding. While the button width cannot be adjusted from the controller, you can change the order of the data in the “Add to Cart” widget. Please refer to this video tutorial for guidance.
If the changes are not reflected on the frontend. Then clear all levels of cache, including but not limited to Server cache, WordPress (optimization plugin) cache, CDN cache, and Browser cache. This should resolve the issue.
With the ShopEngine free plugin, it is not possible to create separate templates for different categories. This feature is available in the ShopEngine Pro plugin. For reference, please check the attached screenshot.
If you have any further questions or need clarification, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
