I thought the user is a Pro user and that is why I asked him to open a support ticket at our support center. As I was not clear about the issue the user was having, I would have asked for screencast and system information to reproduce it on my end. There was no intention of getting access or anything. We always reproduce on our own environment.
However, this is a mistake from me and in future I will not repeat this again. I will ask necessary information in the support thread and will provide solution if I know. Otherwise, I will consult with my senior team member and then reply.
Also, I didn’t ignore the mod. I was confused with the question asked and couldn’t reply back. This was totally unintentional. Please accept my sincere apologies.

To determine what actually causes the issue, You need to do the following tests. First of all, If you are using any caching plugin on your site, then please clear the caches or if possible, keep it disabled for some time and then check.
If that also doesn’t help, You can run a conflict test on your site. To do so, first of all, switch your theme to a default theme like 2020 or Hello Elementor and check if the issue is still persists. If that solves your issue, that means the issue is related to the theme you are using.
If switching to the default theme also doesn’t help, then please check if there are any conflicts between the installed plugin. To troubleshoot the issue, please deactivate other plugins except for ShopEngine, Elementor and Woocommerce to check if the issue still persists. If that solves your problem, activate the plugins one by one, and continue checking the issue In this way you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.
Let me know your findings after performing the conflict test. If the issue persists even after that, please let us know. We will take a closer look at this issue and help you to find a solution as soon as possible.

This kind of issue usually happens due to cache. If you are using any caching plugin on your site, then please clear the caches from your site and browser, or if possible, keep it disabled for some time and then check. Most often, this happens due to caching, I hope the problem will be solved right after that.

Actually, The the_content issue is generally caused by Elementor when you are trying to edit a page/template that has dynamic contents. In order to solve the issue, Navigate to Settings > Permalinks from your WordPress dashboard. Change your permalink structure to Plain first and save the changes. After that, revert back the permalink structure to the one you have set previously and save the changes. The issue will be solved right after that.

I have checked your website. I don’t find any scrolling issue. Please have a look on the screencast. Is the issue solved? Please send me a screenshot or video of the problem to understand it clearly if it still exists. I understand your query. The advanced translation support which is template-based translation like WPML is not added yet. Our dev team is currently working to add the required support on this matter and hopefully, soon it will be done. Till then stay tuned with us. But ShopEngine has translation support for general string translation. You can use the Loco translate plugin for that.

In my development environment, I have checked the megamenu with 500px. It looks fine on the desktop as expected. It is responsive to smaller devices like tab and mobile as well. Please see the screencast for a better understanding. Can you please try after clearing the cache from your site and browser? If the issue persists please share your website link to inspect the issue. I will take a closer look and help you to find a solution as soon as possible.
