I understand your query. If you want to open the submenus without clicking the submenu indicator, keep the Submenu click area to text under the Mobile Menu Settings. Please see the screenshot

Now on mobile devices submenus are clickable without clicking the submenu indicator. If the issue persists even after that, let us know. We will take a closer look at this issue and help you to find a solution as soon as possible.

I understand the issue you are having with. First, if you want to submenu workable at a smaller breakpoint size, the submenu click area must be enabled. Please see the screenshot. Then you must set the submenu indicator. Please see the screenshot. If you want to hide the icon on the desktop. It can be done via custom CSS. Please add this below CSS code in Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS

@media only screen and (min-width: 768px) {
.elementskit-submenu-indicator {
    display: none !important;
}
}

Hopefully, The issue will be solved right after that. If the issue persists even after that, let us know. We will take a closer look at this issue and help you to find a solution as soon as possible.

I understand the issue you are facing right now. To change the products look at the mobile view please add this below CSS code in Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS

We are not clear about the issue you are facing right now. You have not provided any relevant screenshot/video of the issue. On the other hand your website is in coming soon stage. That’s why we are not able to check the issue from the frontend.

I think the problem happens due to Caching plugin. If you are using any caching plugin on your site, most specifically, Object Cache is enabled on your site, then please clear the caches from your site and browser, or if possible, keep it disabled for some time and then check. Most often, this happens due to caching, I hope the problem will be solved right after that.

If that also doesn’t help, then disable other plugins except for Elementor and Elementskit, and then check if the issue is still there or not. If that solves the issue, start activating the plugins one by one and continue checking. In this way, you will be able to detect what actually causes this issue.
