I couldn’t replicate the issue on my test site. Would you be able to rule out plugin conflicts on your site?
- Try disabling all of your plugins except Sensei LMS. Then try testing again to see if the issue persists. If that resolves your issue, you can find what was causing it by enabling each plugin one by one while continuing to test.

Could you also share the url of the course page? And possibly share a dummy student account?

I tried checking this on both PHP 7.4 and 8.0 versions, and it’s working fine on my end. On an Edit Course page, I have something else selected as Certificate Template. When I select “None”, save the page, and reload it, the Certificate Template option is still set to “None”.
Could you please check these troubleshootings steps?
- Temporarily deactivate all plugins except Sensei and Sensei LMS Certificates to see if there’s a plugin conflict. If the issue is resolved with all other plugins deactivated, you can reactivate plugins one by one to discover which plugin is causing the problem.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try a different browser
- Check the PHP error logs on your web host server for any relevant errors. If you’re not sure how to check those logs, your web host can help you with that.
- Check for JavaScript errors. If you’re not sure how to do that, you can follow this guide: https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis

I have searched for an easy way to do that or through using a 3rd party plugin, but unfortunately, I couldn’t find any. ?? You will need to do some customisation for this. However, we aren’t able to help with further customisation requests. You might want to hire a developer if this feature is really needed for your site.

There is an option “Delete applications when a job is deleted” in Applications settings. If enabled, job applications will be deleted when the parent job listing is deleted. Otherwise they will be kept on file and visible in the backend.

Can you please try the following:
- Try to reinstall Jetpack CRM, and try importing the .csv file again
- Try to download an example csv file from this guide, and then try importing it: https://kb.jetpackcrm.com/knowledge-base/what-should-my-csv-be-formatted-like/
- Try to temporarily deactivate all other plugins, just to rule out any possible plugin conflict
You may also share try to share your .csv file through a Google drive public link here, so we can test if we can import the file successfully. You may choose to trim down the list of contacts to 3 contacts.

I have also successfully imported the .csv file you shared. Hmm.. Could you please try deactivating other plugins just to rule out any possible plugin conflict, if there is?
And please try checking your wp-config.php file and .htaccess file to see if there is some rule set related to uploads.

Please make sure there are no extra spaces or linebreaks.
Also, have you tried checking the sample CSV files on this guide: https://kb.jetpackcrm.com/knowledge-base/what-should-my-csv-be-formatted-like/
..and try to set up your contacts list based on the sample? Please try cutting off your contacts to maybe at least 3, and then check it based on the sample fiel and try to upload it again.
If you’re still having issues, we can try to check your .csv file and try to upload it on our test site to see what might be wrong. If it’s ok for you to share that, you can share a google drive link with your .csv file (please make sure it’s publicly accessible). You can choose to narrow it down to 3 contacts.

We’ve located the ticket and confirmed this is a known bug. Our developers have already worked on a fix for this and just waiting for the release.

Could you please check if you have items under Pending?
If you don’t have any items under that, then you do not have something to approve, so the Approve button/icon won’t show up.

Thanks for the screenshot @kartmanco! I see you did try to restart the sync. Did it finish ok? Can you refresh that WooCommerce Sync page and share a screenshot of what it looks like now? We’re expecting some numbers in the Contacts and Transactions section.
Also, for the JavaScript errors, could you share a screenshot of this as well for the CRM Transactions page?
Lastly, have you tried clicking one of the tags on the right sidebar? What happens when you click on those tags?

You can also choose to export all contacts under Contacts > Export:
