Currently there is no provision to create an option that allows only the own URL or a list of URLs. But I will take it with me on the next occasion I might implement it.

When you open the scanner dialog, you can use the selecton button to select the source. This selection is then saved and the second time you open the dialog, the last selection is the default source.

Reasons why you do not get the permission can be that you do not have an HTTPS connection to your WP site or you still have to enable the camera permission for your site.

1. Place the shortcode [qr-scanner-redirect] in your templates
2. Add another button element.
3. Add the css class “qr-scanner-redirect-open” by entering the value “qr-scanner-redirect-open” in the advanced settings of the button in the field “CSS classes”
4. Afterwards you can hide the button of the qr scanner element in the settings of the plugin. To do this, go to “Settings” -> set “Diable button” to disbaled.

that should be feasible with the plugin. In the next updates there should be the possibility to generate a QR code of a WordPress page and then to integrate it on a selected page. Please note that the camera needs an https connection to use the browser’s camera.
