You log in to your cPanel. Open cPanel’s file browser/manager. Select files/folders and right click or use toolbar’s file permission manager and change file permissions their.

Sorry for the misunderstanding. I have checked all the pitfalls that I could find. Most of the time file permission is the main reason behind the problem. If it doesn’t work, then their might be some other issues. Such as conflicts with other plugins, themes etc. In these cases you have to be more specific and also need some debugging knowledge in Javascript and CSS.

Please open file-manager.php file and edit line 49 and 50 to your desired folder location.

It is your servers file permission problem. You have to set file permissions to 0755.

Please change your file permission and the file manager plugin will work properly.
