Could you please tell me what problem with native ajax functionality are you facing?

It is a good idea to try support first with your problem.

If people doesn’t try support and just leave us a bad review that either don’t help us to create a good and bug/error free plugin and not also the community.

I suggest that you try support first before leaving us a bad review. This will help us and also the wordpress community to create a better plugin ripo.

I have checked the .mp3 files on my side. Preview works perfectly.

Please remember that it takes sometime to load .mp3 files from the server.

Yes the files need to be located within WordPress root folder.

You first of all this plugin doesn’t support shortcode. Please check the feature lists.

As far as I can understand you have messed up this free plugin with some other paid plugin.

I will ask you to try support if you find something that you don’t understand.
