Thanks, I did find it as “EXIF User Comments:”, added there by the macOS screenshot tool. Guessing it is using that to auto-classify “Screenshots” as a category / “Smart Album” in the Photos app.

I had this on files exported from Affinity Designer, where the screenshot was a reference layer, set to invisible ?? Unchecking “Embed metadata” in the export dialog did the trick, but any EXIF editor will probably give access to edit / blank out that field.

OK Matthias, thanks for the explanation!

Sounds like this is something that needs to be handled in how the post is rendedred on the Mastodon end, because I’m sure it would look right with a caption on an inline image in a different AP-client.

Thanks @jordesign – will check out that link and get it done properly this time, before re-enabling “Auto-Updates” to the base theme ??

    Thanks!

What was a bit disconcerting was that my custom files and font folder seemed to have been deleted. I’d be more at ease with the original theme files being replaced, THB.

I restored those missing files and folder, and it came back more or less as before.

Auto-update has been turned off ??

I have a similar issue – customized blocks, custom fonts and my color theme are all gone after the auto-update to 1.1 the other day. Can I just re-upload my “theme.json” file again, or will that overwrite important updates delivered in 1.1?

Once I get back to my look-and-feel, I will certainly export my settings as a child theme. Sad thing is – I was under the impression that I already had, so that update took me by suprise ??

    Thanks!

I certainly will agree with the suggestion to add a search capability and return quotes, authors or sources that match the input string.

Please keep in mind that the search capability is important for the Admin-interface as well. I’m currently managing about 7.000 quotes in the database, and it certainly is a lot of “Next page” action going on ??

It would also be good to be returned to the current position in the result set when editing. Delete a quote from pg. 243, and you’ll find yourself right back at pg. 1 after the operation is finished. (The next best thing would be a “Goto page #”.)

Apart from this little practical issue, I love the plugin. Thanks for your consideration of the search feature.
