That bug — or whatever that was — was related with that particular user ID. When I recreated the user, a new ID was given. That didn’t create any problem later.

However, I had to create the user first so that when deleting the old one I could assign his posts to a new one. After that, that user got the same username with a new password but his author archive was changed. Like if it was /author/user, it became /author/user-2. I had to fix this manually in database. That is some advance task.

I fixed it by removing that particular user, adding a new one and assigning all of his posts to the new account. It didn’t work that way no matter what. Seems like a bug.

I tried it but didn’t seem to work. I think the best is replace all the plugins with new ones. So I deleted all plugins inside the plugin folder and now reinstalling them individually using WordPress interface.

Thank you so much for your advice. Otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to figure out what to do.

Take a bunch of thanks for your solution. It did work. But how can I really get a workaround with this? I mean, I can’t figure out which plugin is causing this. Renaming the plugin folder fixes the problem until I rename it to

plugin

again. Can you tell me what should I do now? It’s gonna be a real pain if I have to delete the entire plugin folder and then download and install all the plugins because there are lots of settings saved with them.

Single.php file of your theme will do just about that for you. Find:

<?php the_content(); ?>

or probably something similar and add your text in html format below that. You’re done. ??

Thank you very much, Samuel. This plugin seems to be a little complicated to use. It requires another plugin to work. Plus, apparently it displays a list of random articles while the wordpress.com one provides a button. You click the button, and a random post from the archive is opened. See this for example: https://aisjournal.com/?random

I was actually looking for something like this; not the one that provides a list.

Add a widget to the sidebar. Your current theme probably doesn’t have that navigation bar at the top.

Or you can change the theme.

you guys need to log in to FTP and do the task said in the second post on this thread. You can’t do it from admin panel since it won’t let you. FTP is the only way to resolve this.

Most people don’t need anything more than what WordPress editor already has. Clicking the option will bring up more available stuffs on the editor.

Simply click the Show/Hide kitchen sink button and you’ll find out additional options. However, to change the size of the font, you might like to change the default “paragraph” to something else that suits your needs. If still in problem, go HTML and set a font size you want to use.

Me not good at English, so what being ‘unqualified’ yes means is still a question to me. ??
