The localization files are loaded from the servers and not provided with the plugin. Localized versions show up according to the browser language set by the visitor. So if anyone visits a page with PrintFriendly with their browser language set to French, they will see French version of PrintFriendly.

If you use class=”print-only” around that custom post type content in your theme files, PrintFriendly should only capture that custom post type content. In other words, you may use class=”print-only” to manually determine what to be in print and PDF.

Could you try enabling JavaScript from PrintFriendly & PDF custom settings? Just follow the second screenshot as seen on this article on support base. That should do it.

Hi, PrintFriendly does not support/work with Forms. So the function you need is not available with PrintFriendly as of now.

That’s happening because the plugin and the site uses different technology. The plugin technology is latest and eventually what you get from printfriendly.com site will change to how the plugin behaves. At present the developers are working to match the performance of the both and make it a consistent experience.

You should be receiving a warning message if there is no email address in the From field. I just tested out how to be sure and look at the screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/itPDPgo.png

In your instance, can you check again to make sure that the tool says email successfully sent even when there is no valid email address in the from field?

I just tested the link you posted and I received the email instantly. So I’m assuming the issue is not related to the button on your website. Did you check all of the folders in your Inbox? It is possible the email maybe going to Spam/Junk folders.

You may try applying a class=”print-no” to those hidden content. Should force PrintFriendly to exclude those content. See more PrintFriendly custom code here.

PrintFriendly cannot capture content from form fields. It is incompatible with forms.
