If images show up in print but not in PDF, it’s likely that the images are not publicly accessible, meaning PrintFriendly servers cannot access those images when generating a PDF. You may try granting access to PrintFriendly servers and see if that works.

You need to enable hotlink protection for your images so that other sites cannot hotlink to the images hosted on your server.

Adding that bit of code to your site’s .htaccess file (make sure to update yourdomain.com with your site’s URL) might do the trick. The site advises to create a new .htaccess file from the code above, but if you already have a .htaccess file, replacing might lose some data so it’s not recommended.

You’re probably using any security plugins that only whitelist your IP address. If that’s the case, anyone from another IP address will be restricted access to the backend of your site.

This IP whitelisting can also be done via .htaccess file. I’m no expert in this so I’d hold for expert comments here. I’m just pointing out what might have caused this just in case you remember taking such security measures.

How the pages are split depends on the browser and not PrintFriendly. So adding page number may not be possible.

The print-no class is having no effect because there is another class higher up called “copyright”. You need to delete that class because otherwise PrintFriendly will keep that copyright info no matter what.

I deleted that and the copyright info was gone!

Hi kmoksha, are you referring to PrintFriendly support where you asked and didn’t receive a response? PrintFriendly responds to every email received, so it’s highly unlikely that any email went unanswered.
