Hi @wfphil we have followed all requested and we still cannot resolve issue. The website was 5 years ago a “wordpress site” then it was rebuilt to a NON wordpress site and was non wordpress for 4 years (raw php/html site). Now the owner has rebuilt a new website with the same domain, in wordpress again, however cannot add to Wordfence central as the account it was used to connect to WordFence central over 5 years ago is no longer existent. The old IT person is no longer around. And cannot recover the account . I am sure WF team could see that account has been not in use for over 4 years in logs? Is there another way owner of website and domain can release their wordpress from WFC from an old account without the tracking down the old account? Can a verification process be put in place?

Hi @stalukder03 thanks for feedback but sorry 2 months to fix an issue is not the support or plugin we are wanting to use. We waited 2 weeks then deleted your plugin entirely and found more reliable solutions that worked instantly with better support. Thanks anyway but we no longer require this after more than 2 months as it was impacting website.

@stalukder03 just kindly chasing to see if any update or if you were able to replicate issue and resolve?

Looks like Elementor team @lianakap are not respondind and marking as resolved this is not resolved. Do we need to make another thread to get response from Elementor? Just posted topic here: deprecated version 3.5 error | www.ads-software.com

hi my issue also was here : Master Add ons for Elementor conflicting with recaptcha on contact 7 form | www.ads-software.com . When I disabled Master Add ons for elmentor it worked fine. I am posting incase anyone else has this same plugin installed as well. Try disabling it and see if recaptcha works.

hi @stalukder03 we are using aastra theme, elementor page builder, contact 7 form with the default google recaptcha integration built into contact 7 form. The integration is using v3 not version 2.

I also provided the link to the live site in opening this post with the live url that has it live right now for you to see and view . It has your pluggin currently active and causing issue. I can then deactivate for you if you like to show you how it all works once de-activated.

To update we found our issue here with : Master Add ons for Elementor conflicting with recaptcha on contact 7 form | www.ads-software.com . Disabling this plugin resolved the issue. We have started a new post and will await their development team response.

I am as well having the same issue with contact 7 form and recaptcha working together with elementor. I open post with Contact 7 and no issues noted from their developer or anyone else. De-activate elementor and issue resovled. Elementor is blocking recaptcha from working etc. There is issue.

Hi @takayukister . firstly confirming captcha keys and setup are perfectly fine and working.

I also found this about exact same issue with captcha integration. So figured it must be related to wordpress side of things and the captcha keys not being passed correctly and twice as they suggest

The issue I believe here is related to Elementor. Interesting find here enabling debug mode

Hi @takayukister thanks for reaching back out to me really appreciate it. confirming the v3 captcha is configured 100% correct in google. As the exact same keys are being used for Wordfence plugin on the login page. If the keys were wrong you cannot login and won’t work.

I also thought maybe keys were wrong but confirmed all setup and correct domain is also set in google.
any other suggestions ?

WE are still getting alot of spam? Any ideas i also read the above and will work on the comments disallow list to see if can improve but wondering if the captcha is even working? with c7 form that is my concern hard to test on v3
