Using multisite, we thought it would still be useful to use custom post types. Our thinking was that the backend ui would be easier to navigate for the department users. Would you recommend just using regular posts and use categories and tags to organize them?
Our concern was that if someone wanted to edit a post easily, they’d have to search through all the posts which could potentially be overwhelming versus simply looking in the bucket for publications.
