While troubleshooting, this problem only arose when PowerKit was enabled. That said, I now think that the problem is not PowerKit at all, but rather the way that two different cache/optimization programs affected the video display that I mentioned. I reconfigured one of the optimizations plugins, and all seems to be working properly again. Apparently, I had duplicated some services with the cache/optimization plugins, and this was somehow showing up in the PowerKit install. Regardless, everything is working fine now and I do not think ARVE or PowerKit is the problem. Thank you.
I think that I have now isolated the cause of the conflict between PowerKit and ARVE. It appears to be the Pinterest module in the PowerKit plugin. The problem I described above is resolved when I disable/inactivate the Pinterest module, leaving all others active. Is there something can be done to address this conflict? The Pinterest module is not necessary for the website to run, but I would like this functionality available. Thank you.
Hello again. I know that you are busy, but I wonder if you have any ideas as to the cause of this behavior. Your help/comments are appreciated.
Yes, this fixed this issue. Should I simply leave this unchecked now, or is there some other eventual fix necessary?
Yes, thank you. The former problem is resolved.
I have now activated PowerKit again and the behavior that I mention above can be seen at the url that I included the other day. Actually, right now, the video will play and the play button also appears, only the thumbnail will not display, flashing for just a moment when the post is refreshed and then disappearing.
Again, any help will be appreciated.

In reply to: [WordPress Popular Posts] some thumbnail not loadingI should first of all thank you for your initial response. That was sent to me just as we prepared to travel internationally; and so, I was only able to briefly look into the issues that you raised. I did think that I had SSL/HTTPS properly configured, which left me confused as to the cause of my most recent problems. That said, some recent changes to the website may have reversed the previous and proper configuration. I will have to try and re-establish the proper SSL configuration soon.
That said, I just integrated the changes that you forwarded to me, and that seems to have worked properly as a solution. I am grateful for your willingness to consider and then re-consider my case. Thank you very much.

In reply to: [NS Featured Posts] display two post types in one featured post listOnce these changes are made, we should be able to see the plugin’s widget fetch custom post types automatically, whenever the “post” post type is selected. Is this correct?
I have a bit more information to add. It seems that link is working properly, if clicked from an email in Microsoft’s Outlook, but not working if the link is clicked from within our email web client or from a mobile device.
I hope this is of some help. Thank you again.
