No, i haven’t. I’ll do that too. THank you.
Thank you.
I will prefer to not do that because that will make the experience less than ideal for real users. I still am getting spam registrations. Would it be possible to integrate recaptcha into the plugin, perhaps there are ways to beat numeric captcha? Thanks, will report back in a few days.
I was under the impression that the default registration would be enough, and did not want another plugin as I already have quite a few installed. But will check for one now.It was not, enabled it now.
The default registration process, I have a plugin (Ultimate facebook) to allow using facebook to sigup.

In reply to: [Wordpress Social Invitations - Lite] Facebook and share not workingThanks Damien for your patience, it was an incorrect setting (for the server_name variable as you pointed out) on the nginx server, I am to blame for this!

In reply to: [Wordpress Social Invitations - Lite] Facebook and share not workingThank you.
In the wp-config.phot file, the only reference I can see is –
define(‘DB_HOST’, ‘localhost’);
I checked the options table too but cannot find any reference to localhost there.
Could you point out the parameter used by the plugin to create the share url? Or the relevant code?Ajay

In reply to: [Wordpress Social Invitations - Lite] Facebook and share not workingDamien,
The urls are on a publicly hosted website, I am wondering why a localhost address is getting picked up by the share links. Please check this link – https://www.gounesco.com/proof/selfie-taaj

In reply to: [Postie] Not working on nginx serverThank you. I am trying to connect to an outlook.com hosted custom domain email from an aws server. I have opened the 995 port for traffic from everywhere too, still not able to resolve this.
Have you seen anything like this before, any pointers?Ajay

In reply to: [Adminimize] Not working on 3.9.1Hi Pedro,
Thanks for your reply!
I did come across the thread where deleting default user roles was mentioned as a cause, but in my case we only have added a new role. The existing ones are still there. Also, the plugin is working on the staging set up which is an exact replica of the production environment. Other than a caching plugin on prod.
Do you have any ideas?Ajay
Hello,
Thanks for the quick response and sorry for my delayed reply.
Yes, I am using WP User Avatar, however the problem was soemthing else. I went back to my code and realized that I was using photos from a different plugin (userphoto), changed that and now it is working as expected. That is, the user uploaded avatar takes priority over fb profile picture.
Thanks for the support!

In reply to: [Amazon S3 Uploads] Folders missed during uploadThanks a bunch for the quick reply!
I have deleted the files on my server now, and it works just like you said. About avoiding the redirects, I was thinking about the advantage of downloading files from separate domains. But i do understand, other functions will get slow.
Thanks again for the excellent plugin!Ajay
