Thank you so much for your prompt response.
I disabled the Add to Cart temporarily to prevent customers from getting to the checkout and having to deal with the fruastration.
So, I followed your advice:
- First, I switched my theme to Twenty Twenty-Four
- Then cleared WooCommerce Transcients and Expired Transcients.
Surprisingly, the email field became visible. Then I switched back to my original theme and everything still works.
I guess clearing WooCommerce Transcients and Expired Transcients did the trick because that’s the only thing I had not done previously.
