je n’ai pas change la configuration, mais en effet il y a eu une modification en activant l’option cela refonctionne merci: Afficher les points de retrait à l’international Applicable seulement pour les types de carte autres que le widget Colissimo

unactive then active back resolved the problem… dont konw why, no a cahce issu cause I aleadu celar all server et browinf caches severals times, the unactivate and activate le plugin fixed the issue

ok @aamiribsf for the process, so guest must be in process of ordering. In my mind guest cart recover were when a vistor added a product to cart and no go more far, no go to checkout page, it was the process of the prevus plugin I used visitor where asking to write an email when they added a product to cart.

I dont find the option to activate to do that. guest no provide email so plugin can’t send them an email to try to recovered abandoned cart, no?

when the customer pays with your paypal plugin the delivery address is registered in the order and in paypal, if the shipment is at home it’s good, if it’s in a point relay cala but the address of the customer and not the delivery address which is a point relay. the problem is with the functioning of the official plugin of the french post office “Colissimo shipping methods for WooCommerce“.
