    Clearing out the DB rows and reinstalling worked! Thanks for your help ??

    Hi there,
    It’s the latest version of the plugin ?? 4.1.1. I did update to 4.1.1 in an attempt to fix the error, the migration was done while on 4.1.0.

    We’re not using multisite currently, no. Although, we do have the wp_users table linked between two sites.

    I do have access to the database directly, if we need to troubleshoot the database options.

    I managed to fix this with the following snippet in functions.php to hardcode support for my particular role.

    add_action('admin_menu', 'simple_banner_menu_sitemanager', 12);
    function simple_banner_menu_sitemanager() {
    	$sm = get_role( 'site_manager' );
    	$sm->add_cap( 'manage_simple_banner' );
    }

    For whatever reason, it seems like there’s a bug in simple-banner.php around the line 210 loop that prevents the role from adding successfully to non-admin users.

    Hi Richard,
    I was not able to reproduce the problem with the WP troubleshooter — however, I think the issue was tied to the Classic Editor or the Gutenberg Ramp plugins. I have set the Job Manager to use the Gutenberg editor, and the fields are displaying perfectly now.

    For what it’s worth, the health check plugin showed no issues with Job Manager + either of the above plugins, so it’s likely it was another conflict and moving to the Gutenberg editor helped things out.

    Thanks!

    Yes, we are on WP 5.0.3.

    There’s nothing that looks specific to WP Job Manager in the console — here’s a screencap.

    The main problem is, the job data definitely exists, but it’s not being shown in the edit fields (only on the frontend). But when we put info into those edit fields, it supersedes the previous info (as it should)

    These same errors show both before and after I save a listing, so I don’t think they’re connected. . . seems to be something in how WP is pulling the data from the DB? Possibly an issue with classic editor plugin, which we’ve been using since WP 5

    Sure thing, it’s mbts.edu/jobs — we are having problems on the backend, however, do you require access to that?

    I had the same request, allowing a minimum of 1 would let this be used as a really useful container block.

    Currently, the way I’m accessing the taxonomies doesn’t even include the image in the array (I’m using var_dump to investigate it). Does SSP provide any alternative that lets us get at that image we configured in the backend? I’ve found ways to automatically pull in description/title, but not image.

    Thanks! This is perfect. I checked the documentation, but couldn’t find this. Is there a master list of filters available somewhere?

    Thread Starter alzaran

    (@ajoyce2016)

    Nothing changed on my end but we’re working again.

    I have also had the same issue — additionally, using the Amazon SDK v3 breaks compatibility with some plugins, so I will also be downloading v 1.15 for now. Is it possible to disable this for those who don’t plan on using the new hosting service? I’m assuming the two are related.

    Andrew

    It would be great to have a setting to load/replace our own stylesheet instead of the default one.

    Resolved.
