We would like to assure you that this is not the case and we read your comments with disappointment.Please find our answers to your comments below:
1) I don’t mind paying for a usefull and good app, but I couldn’t find the price anywhere.
The link to pricing is mentioned in two places on the listing page in the plugin directory:
A. FAQs: What is the pricing for the paid plans?
B. HereAlso, if you go to our website, and click on Apps–> ‘Scratch and Win’–> and you will see link to ‘plans and pricing’ in the header banner
Please be assured that our guiding principle is to support our customers.
2) At one place I found that the app could be used for free for up to 50 leads. At another place it said that once the free trial expires, I will automatically be billed. This seems shady to me.
We can assure and confirm:
– We neither automatically upgrade nor bill you from free to paid. This can only be initiated by you.– And, as communicated in the listing and our website, the first 50 participants are free.
Further, as mentioned, all features (except the footer credit removal) are available in all of the plans including the free plan.We’d be keen to see your reference to a statement otherwise- Please can we request you to email us at [email protected] with any such reference.
3) I wanted to try the demo, but this didn’t work (maybe because I’m on a PC, the demo seems to be for a phone). Not a great first impression.
Sorry to hear about this – The demos are regularly tested by our team. That said, we value the feedback and have escalated this to our QA team to test them again.

As with all SaaS apps data is stored on our secure cloud servers.Yes you can download the data as CSV file – Additionally as per the settings you make the user’s emails and names can be directly synced to your platform. Also, for subscribe to newsletter action, the users’ names and emails can be directly synced to your ESPs (E.g. MailChimp) list once you activate the integration.

Each person that signs-up for your campaign is considered as a ‘Loyalty Member’ or ‘Users’. We do not double count – So irrespective of the number of campaigns a person signs up for, we only count it as one.
Yes, our fully-featured FREE plan can accommodate up to 100 users and once you reach the limit you need to upgrade to the next paid plan to accommodate new users within 7 days of the grace period.

We have released restrictions on pay by points on checkout for your customers. Now you can restrict your customers on spending partially on a cart checkout where we have provided two options as a control –
1. Fixed – Minimum Points per checkout and Maximum points per checkout – Here if you set the Maximum as 50, then the customer cannot redeem more than 50 points on each checkout.
2. Percentage – Percent of cart sub-total – Here if you set a percentage of 50 then customers cannot redeem points on checkout more than 50% of the subtotal.

Our apologies for the delayed reply.
Sorry, at the moment, the solution is to reward points for signing up and then users can redeem these rewards for a coupon – When you setup the rewards coupon (this can be done by going to Gratisfaction admin–> Loyalty rewards, you are able to restrict a coupon to apply only to some products.Please feel free to email us at [email protected] if you need any further assistance

Thanks for reaching out.There is a workaround solution – Please see below to see if this will in some ways help achieve your objective:
You can setup a campaign that has two actions
1. Reward bonus entries for bringing referral sign ups
2. And, also setup an action to reward bonus entries for visiting your WhatsApp group linkSo users will now bring in referral traffic to sign up to your campaign and then will also participate in the ‘visit your WhatsApp group’ action
