Both features are available.
Points accumulation: When members take actions the points keep on getting accumulated- These can then be redeemed for eligible rewards

Do this and win this: This is ‘instant win’. So you can setup actions (and you can also setup multiple campaigns that has a group of actions) and when entrants complete these actions, you can reward them with an instant prize. So for e.g. you could say ‘watch my YouTube video’ and after they have watched the video, you can give them an instant 10% off coupon.
These prizes can be coupons or other perks and experiences. If you are using WooCommerce, we automagically write the reward coupons to our store- This means winners can immediately use these coupons at checkout.

– For the loyalty and referral program, your customers do not need to create a second account. They only need to sign in to your store account and they will be logged into Gratisfaction and it will work seamlessly. We are further enhancing the app to have tighter integration.

– Our app is a SaaS app and therefore the admin is through the Apps Mav dashboard (and this is in line with the WordPress plugin guidelines)- I think we have communicated this very transparently in the app description and FAQ- That said, I have asked our team to emphasize on this part even more clearly both in the description and FAQs. We want to build our business in an open, honest and transparent way.

– You should definitely be able to see the admin panel through the Apps Mav dashboard- If not, we are here to help- Please send us an email to [email protected] and our team is here to help resolve this. We are very passionate about providing excellent support.

A user can directly signup to the Woocommerce registration. And, the referral access will also be through your Woocommerce login. Sorry, at the moment, we do not have integration with ‘Ultimate Member plugin’- That said, we are keen to get this going as soon as we have some free dev resource.

My name is Akash Malik – I am the founder of Apps Mav. Can I first please assure you that our objective is not to inconvenience you in any way. Our plugin is offered as serviceware and we have mentioned this, pricing and that an account will be created in FAQ and install tab. IMHO, we have been very detailed and transparent about the features and pricing in the app listing, FAQs, and Installation tabs. That said, I would really appreciate if you can please let me know where our collateral needs improvement and I will get that fixed. I don’t want any customer to be inconvenienced or feel that they were misinformed.

Thanks for reaching out. Yes, we do have this feature within ‘Campaigns’ that can create such ‘single-sided’ referral programs. A unique link is sent to the referrer to share with friends via email, FB, etc. And when the ‘invited friend’ visits the campaign using this unique link and signs up, rewards can be given.

I must point that with such single-sided programs, currently, the signup will be on our widget rather on your store (That said, the leads are all yours and you can easily download all the details and also connect with popular email marketing applications like MailChimp)- We are working on changing this to your site registrations.

On the other hand, Our double-sided referral programs (i.e both the invited friend and the referrer get rewarded- which gives better results if you are an online retailer) has the store signup feature.
