Apologies for the delayed reply and any inconvenience. This problem usually occurs when the admin email is changed- Can you please send us an email to [email protected] from the email that was used in subscribing to this plugin (It should be the email address of your WordPress admin) and we will be glad to resolve.

Hi there- Sorry, this feature is unavailable in Gratsifafction. You can currently reward points as either a percentage of the purchase value or a fixed basis (e.g. give 2 points for every $purchased)

Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
You can easily download all the leads in a CSV file. Additionally, the leads can also automatically flow into 4 most popular email marketing applications (Mailchimp, Aweber, Constant Contact & Campaign monitor). We are a SaaS provider and as such the details will be hosted on our servers (E.g. if you are using Mailchimp or Aweber , then the leads are all stored on their servers). I can assure you that these are your leads and our delivery model is SaaS. Re pricing, in our defense, we have mentioned that the pricing model is monthly and is based on the number of leads and detailed pricing is mentioned on our website.

I am sorry that you felt this way.
We have provided many options for you to choose from- You can review them under the “Install” tab . For e.g. if you have activated the widget then the whole visitor interaction with the widget is done on your website. Another feature if you have the WooCommerce plugin is, the winners’ coupon codes are automatically created on your store and the account details can be used by people to participate as well. This means winners can immediately shop on your store and redeem the coupon without any manual work at your end.

1- Thanks for pointing this out. Customer feedback is very valuable for us . I will get this fixed ASAP.

2. Since you are viewing the page as an ‘Admin’ of the page, you see the preview mode. Public will see the live version as they are not the admin of the page. Preview mode is a facility to help Page admins with ‘previewing’ the campaign and making any changes.

The price after that is $8.95 per month for unlimited entries.

You are absolutely right. The system will keep working even if you have more than 200 customers. However, you will only be to see the details for upto 200 customers.
