To add font locally follow the given below instruction.

1 Create a wptt-webfont-loader.php file in your theme folder and copy the code from this link and past the code inside the newly created file.

2 Find the functions.php file located in your theme folder , Open the file and replace the code of it with the code mention in this link.

To remove font awesome icon follow the given below instruction.
1 Find the script.php file located in your theme folder >> functions folder >> script folder >> .
2 Open the file and find the below line of code on line no 22 .

wp_enqueue_style('appointment-font-awesome-min', APPOINTMENT_TEMPLATE_DIR_URI . '/css/font-awesome/css/font-awesome.min.css');

3 And remove this line of code.

I think its a plugin conflict.
Kindly deactivate all plugin one by one except webriti companion plugin and check your issue resolve or not bz it may be any plugin conflict with the theme.
