add this code at the end of your theme’s style.css file:

h1.entry-title{
display: none;
}

try to add the code “at the very bottom” of your style.css file.

i mean FIND and REPLACE “ALL”.
open XML file in an editor and FIND https://www.domainname.nl
and REPLACE ALL with https://localhost/domainname.nl

and save this file to import your local wordpress.

you should try to export your xml file from your live site with the export tool and import this xml file to your fresh wordpress setup on your localhost. but before import FIND AND REPLACE your url with localhost and save that xml file. and then import this to your localhost wordpress. this is a better solution for moving wordpress sites.

inspect elements (CSS) with firebug or google tools and you can adjust distance through simple css rules adding to style.css file of your theme.

blank page seems like a problem with .htaccess document. you may check http permissions again.
