Thank you for the reply. But we have followed the same method only. We have connected the support team of Dear and they are saying it is something related to the Woocommerce.

Something appears to be wrong with the Woocommerce backend. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do from our end, you would need to reach out to woo-commerce support to resolve the issue
