We have checked their is no issue from our side. One possible reason can be the theme issue.
can you please send us the product page link where pricing table should be shown. We can check if some css conflict is creating a problem.

In your case dont use “Product Rules” tab you should use “Category Rules” tab
as shown in image attached

Description “Product Rules” will apply discount on all products in selected category individually but in “Category Rules” discount is applied on all products in that category as a total
