In reply to: [Frontend File Manager Plugin] Archive or create folder?Thank you. Once the File Group has been created, can admin manually move files from one group to another on the back end? Or do the files have to be uploaded to a specific group on the front end in order to be categorized in that group?

In reply to: [Frontend File Manager Plugin] Archive or create folder?Great – can you walk me through how to set up a file group?
Thank you!@deepakkite Hi there, sorry for the late response on this! I’ve been trying to sort it out with my website hosts. The issue is that the website is HIPAA compliant, hosted by HIPAA Vault. According to the plan we are on with them, only *they* have full administrator access to the website – though I am an admin and can access the wordpress dashoard etc., I am unable to have full admin access due to the HIPAA rules.
We would like to be able to keep using your plugin if at all possible. Is there any way the settings can be tweaked so that an admin without full admin access can view people’s uploaded files?
Thank you for your help!
@deepakkite Ok, do you know why I (an Admin) am getting this “403 — You do not have Permission to view this file” error when I try to view users’ uploaded files?
@deepakkite To clarify, I am asking about Admins viewing files uploaded by Subscribers, not the other way around. Is this still not an option with this plugin?
Update:
I’ve clarified with my website hosts that it’s because the users need Admin permissions in order for Admins to be able to view their uploaded files. On my site, the users uploading files cannot have Admin access for HIPAA reasons. Is there a way to tweak this plugin so that Admins can view files uploaded by users with Subscriber level accounts?@wpusermanager I updated the plugin to this version but am still having the same issue.
@deepakkite Update: The issue with the pop-ups is no longer happening after the plugin was updated. The errors all over the registration page are still there, though.
Thank you for your help!
That issue appears to be fixed, which is great. However, now I’m having an issue where on the Registration page, this error is showing above every field: “Notice: Undefined property: WPUM_Form_Registration::$form_id in /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/wp-user-manager/includes/wpum-forms/class-wpum-form-registration.php on line 653”
Also, when I’m logged in and on my page https://www.communitydoulaprogram.org/user-files/ there are two automatic pop-ups that happen: an empty pop-up that looks like the pop-up when a file is clicked on, and a file upload pop-up. When I close those out, there is also an extra “upload” button on this page now.
If you go to https://www.communitydoulaprogram.org/user-files/ and register a test account, you can see the errors I’m talking about.
