Hi @xzacha01, our developers have found the issue and are working on a fix to resolve it. However, we don’t have an ETA for it. We’ll contact you again as soon as we hear from them.
Hi @scnaadmin! Thank you for sharing your concerns about the recent changes in the Stats feature.
I have reviewed your site,?https://scnaonline.org/. This site has an online shop and paid membership options, which classify it as commercial. I understand you have a non-profit status, but our classification of a commercial site is different. You can learn more about it here.
Stats are free for personal sites that don’t promote a product/ service or generate revenue. Please upgrade to a paid plan to continue using Jetpack stats.
We are here if you have other questions or if there’s anything else we can do to help!

Hi @shadowproductionshop, Please do not share your login details here; it is not secure.
I checked your site, and it currently shows a “Coming Soon” page. I don’t see any connection to the site in our records. Jetpack needs the site to be publicly accessible or have unauthenticated access to the xmlrpc.php file.
Some plugins that add a “coming soon” or “maintenance mode” message to WordPress may prevent Jetpack from communicating with your site. Please disable the “Coming Soon” plugin you are using and try again. Depending on the plugin, it may also be possible to configure it so that it doesn’t block the Jetpack connection. Please consult the plugin’s documentation and/or developers for assistance.
Please let us know how it goes!
Hi @framesoflifeart, could you please share a screenshot of what you see on your end and what you expect? That will help us troubleshoot your problem better!

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] PHP Warnings in debug.logHi @rruyter, As you mentioned, you see the warning messages in your logs with PHP 8.2, and when upgrading to PHP 8.3, you see deprecation warnings. Is that correct?
I wonder if you have
WP_DEBUG
set toTRUE
on your site. If so, could you change it toFALSE
? Please let us know how it goes!Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Jetpack Non-CommercialHi @lilithiareviews, I checked your site, and it is still classified as non-commercial. The basic Jetpack Stats should still be accessible to you.
If you see something different, could you share a screenshot with us, please?
Hi @generosus, thank you for your PSA post.
We make WAF rules to block malicious requests trying to exploit vulnerabilities. That doesn’t seem to be the case here, so it’s something Jetpack WAF shouldn’t block. Also, if we add WAF rules to block these IPs, they will block them even if you have the NitroPack plugin installed and activated.
I recommend contacting the NitroPack support team to discuss the issue you mentioned.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Jet Pack notificationsHi @altobone, Thank you for reaching out to us. It looks like you are receiving notifications from Jetpack Monitor.
Jetpack Downtime Monitoring checks your site every five minutes to see if it’s accessible. If your site is slow or doesn’t load, it could trigger a notice that it is down. When your site is reachable again, a follow-up email will let you know how long it was down or inaccessible.
Currently, there’s no way to adjust the time that Downtime Monitoring checks your site – it’s either on or off. If the frequency of the Downtime Monitoring notices is bothersome, you can always disable the feature. To do that:
- Log into your site, and go to Jetpack → Settings → Security.
- Scroll down to the “Downtime Monitoring” section.
- Toggle the “Get alerts if your site goes offline. We’ll let you know when it’s back up, too” option to disable it.
If that doesn’t work for you, please share your website address so we can deactivate it. If you are uncomfortable sharing your site address here, please contact us using?this contact form.
Please let us know how it goes!

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Invalid/missing blog nonceHi @blue17couk, thank you for initiating a thread of your own.
Could you check whether Jetpack is listed under your LinkedIn profile → Settings → Data Privacy → Permitted Services? If so, please remove it and initiate a connection from Jetpack again. Please let us know how it goes!
