Hi @ongamache ??
It is likely a plugin conflict as well, maybe just a different plugin. Have you already tried temporarily deactivating your theme and all other plugins to test for this?
If you would like further assistance, please feel free to reach out to our support!
Thanks ??

Do you have the Standalone option enabled on Envira under Envira Gallery >> Settings >> Standalone tab?
For any other users researching this – it was a plugin called Clean Options that was removing one of the Soliloquy checks and causing the issue. ??

Ok, I see what’s happening here.
Envira doesn’t provide a custom post template for galleries and albums. But when using the standalone feature, Envira will use your theme’s single.php.
If doing a custom URL query (as shown above with the /?post_type=envira&p=12137, since there isn’t a page template in your theme for those CPTs it’s returning a 404 error.
You’d need to create custom page templates for Envira and if using albums for Envira Albums as well and then have a custom loop on that page template.
You can read more about custom page templates here:

Thank you for the kind comments! ?? Can you please go into your WordPress admin and go to Settings >> Permalinks and click Save again to flush the permalinks to see if that helps?
Hi ??
I sincerely apologize for any trouble. We’ve checked several times and haven’t received anything at all so they appear to not be coming through that hasn’t been responded to. It could be that we’ve responded and maybe our responses are landing in your spam inbox?
Could you try submitting under a new/different email address, please? We’ve also checked FB and haven’t received anything there either.
We would be more than happy to assist in any way we can, we’re not sure why we’re not receiving the emails/notifications.

Hi ??
If you want to have the images displayed with the original dimensions, using the Default option from the dropdown is fine for the Lightbox Image Size.
Please know though that the lightbox image size can/will be resized based on the screens width and height as well as the browser width and height. The lightbox doesn’t allow for scrolling so the height of the image is adjusted to keep the image in the dimensions of the browser screen which can also adjust the width to keep the image responsive and proportional.
Can I help with anything else?
Hi @pisara ??
Would you mind opening up a ticket with support please so we can investigate your issue in more detail?
Just click the Have a basic question!
Thanks
Hi ??
The image size in the lightbox will depend on the screen size and the browser size so the image responds (responsive image) to the viewport.
So if you are on a 27″ iMac for example and your browser is fullwidth, you’d see the 781 x 520 image size in the lightbox. But if your browser window isn’t fullwidth or you’re viewing from a laptop, the image size would appear smaller.
If you’re on the premium version of the plugin, you could go to the Lightbox tab and click the Enable Supersize? option to help.
Thanks
Happy to hear it! ??
