Hi again @webpart !
Sorry for the delay in our responses. In this case, we haven’t take a look at your site yet. So please, we’ll need you to disable the WPO plugin again.
As an alternative, you could create a staging site we could troubleshoot without affecting how your live site works. Please keep us pending.
Hello @qneo !!

We will conclude this conversation; feel free to contact us again for further questions.Have a good day!
Hello @tonyzyc!
Thank you for contacting us.I was reading your previous conversation, and I understand it.
In this case, based on your latest reply, it might be that your other languages pages had a custom path.
Be aware that Elementor requieres both the WordPress URL and Site URL to contain the same path.
This appllies the same for the editor screen. So, in case any custom post type tries to be loaded from a different root domain, the Elementor files will be tried to load from there, causing a 404 error.}
To debug this kind of issues, you can always reset your Permalinks.I hope this can be useful.
Let us know if you have other questions related to Elementor or if this thread can be closed now.Regards.

In reply to: [Elementor Website Builder - More than Just a Page Builder] ERROR ELEMENTORHello @alinesaldanha,
I was reading your initial message and understand your issue.
Please try these methods and tell us if they helped:- Click the Advanced tab and then switch the CSS print method to Internal embedding.
- Clear all cache: your browser’s cache, other plugins’ cache, server cache (if possible).
- Switch the CSS print method back after following these steps, regardless if it helped or not.
If it doesn’t help, it might be possible that a plugin/ theme conflict can cause the issue, try to deactivate your plugins one by one and check if it helps in each deactivation.
Switching to a default WP theme will also rule a theme conflict.
Lastly, it’s possible that the Elementor plugin updated automatically and caused the issue, check out our rollback feature to go back a version: https://elementor.com/help/rolling-back-to-a-previous-version-of-elementor/
If the above didn’t help, you can try options like cloning your site on a different server and test again. This will indicate if the server has any restrictions.
I hope this can help you.
Let me know if you have other questions related to Elementor.Regards.

In reply to: [Elementor Website Builder - More than Just a Page Builder] ERRO NO ELEMENTORHello @alinesaldanha ,

Thank you for contacting us.I was reading your previous conversation, and I understand it.
In this case, I was looking at your site and noticed you still have the WPO plugin as active, so we can’t really see where the custom styles are coming from (see here).
It would be really helpful if you temporarily disable the WP Optimize plugin, or create a staging site without this so we can continue debugging this situation.I hope this can be useful.
Let me know if you have other questions related to Elementor.Regards.
Hello @eeeeeeehsan !
Thank you for contacting us.I was reading your previous message, and I understand it.
In this case, I could replicate the issue you mentioned.
After some debugging, I noticed there are custom overflows on so many widgets on your homepage coming from Motion Effects, Transform effects, and their Responsive settings.
Take a look at this link and you’ll see a gallery of some of the overflowing items: https://postimg.cc/gallery/vfH8fmDYou will need to debug and change multiple custom settings, so I really need you to read the following posts to thoroughly understand what you will need to change on your widgets and sections/containers:
- https://elementor.com/help/css-transform/

I hope this can help you.

In reply to: [Elementor Website Builder - More than Just a Page Builder] 3.22.0Hello?@rik0399 ?!!
Thank you for contacting us.I was reading your issue, and I understand it.
In this case, be aware this is clearly a conflict between Elementor and some third-party plugin(s).
We do offer a full list of currently compatible plugins. However, you must be advised that every author is in charge of their own product so we can’t be pending of third-party compatibilities since there are over 59,000 plugins only on the WordPress repository (not taking in count premium plugins and other repositories)…Be aware that any custom code/CSS, general WordPress issues, Beta testings, server issues, or third-party plugins/themes-related issues are out of our support scope.
For a situation like this, what you did is actually a great workaround (rolling-back versions). Besides that, as the next steps, you should identify which plugin(s) triggers the issue you mentioned, reporting the situation to the third-party plugin team and waiting for a compatible update.
To identify which plugin(s) triggers this conflict, you could disable all plugins but Elementor, and then enable one by one until you find the one that breaks the site.Lastly, be aware that the plugin called “Elementor Header & Footer Builder” is not a plugin created by the Elementor team. This currently belongs to a third-party team. Visit their plugin page for more info: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/header-footer-elementor/
I’m sorry for any confusion over this issue! And I appreciate your understanding.
Please let me know if you have other questions related to Elementor.Regards.

Hello @wijerama !!
Thank you for contacting us.I was reading your issue, and I understand it.
In this case, be aware this is clearly a conflict between Elementor and the Tutor LMS plugin. Since you mentioned this is happening only on the page using features from Tutor LMS, it means there’s a conflict between these, but we can’t do much if Elementor currently works as expected on other site parts. This is why we encourage you to contact the third-party plugin team, so they can review any problem on their side.

Thank you for contacting us.I was reading your previous conversation, and I understand it.
In this case, the Elementor version you’re using is a beta/dev version. These kind of versions are only intended to be used on testing environments as these might contain experimental features, bugs and unknown conflicts.
So, for any production site, please use the regular version, which is currently the 3.21.8
Regarding any update, please be pending to our changelog so you can know whenever this happens: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/elementor/#developersI hope this can help you.
