In this case, be aware that since the transition from the Sections and Columns layout to Flexbox, the number of new templates was reduced.

However, you can still find three free Wireframe templates to use as a a whole-page template.

Also, if you want to use the old Sections and Columns templates, you can still do it. You would need to turn of the Flexbox Feature. Just be aware that some new widgets and content might suffer changes.

In this case, Please try these methods and tell us if they helped:

• Clear all cache: your browser’s cache, other plugins’ cache, server cache (if possible).
• Regenerate the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your WordPress Dashboard.
• Go to Elementor > Settings on your WordPress dashboard, then Click the Advanced tab and then switch the CSS print method to Internal embedding.
• To rule out the possibility of a plugin or theme conflict, please deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor) and see if it helps. If it solves the issue, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit.
• If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WordPress theme and see if it makes any difference.

Switch the CSS print method back after following these steps, regardless if it helped or not.
Hope those steps will help you; they go over the most common culprits for issues like yours.
If the issue keeps happening, please let us know the site URL to take a better look.

In this case, as Enmanuel said before, the Pro version of Elementor already includes a useful Role manager assistant. So, we recommend you upgrade to a Pro license.
However, if you don’t want to buy a Pro license, I’m afraid that the most useful recommendation is to keep looking for plugins with a feature like you want.
I understand you already tried 3 different plugins, so you might as well ask if they’re compatible with Elementor before installing a new one.

In this case, I’m afraid that the flickering behaviour you experiment is expected.
This jump/flicker happens because when you scroll the top URL bar shrinks and the bottom bar (with the browser tools) slowly disappears, changing the current Viewport Height. And since your container it’s supposed to be a 100vh of height, this changes.

Kindly be advised that the Video background option will automatically set the video to cover the whole Container, so it’s expected the aspect ratio of this will defer from the original source, cutting the video on their sides.
This ensures the video always fills the Container and avoids having empty spaces in the background.

It might be a conflict with your theme or plugins. Please follow these steps, and let me know if it solved your issue:

• Deactivate all of your plugins except Elementor. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.
• Switch your WordPress theme to Hello Elementor (or another default WordPress theme) temporarily and see if it solves your error..
