Hello @isshmen!
Thank you for contacting us.I was reading your previous conversation, and I understand it.
In this case, I’m afraid what you’re looking for is not a default feature from the Elementor Form widget.
What you’re looking for is known as “Conditional logic“, so you could try looking for a third-party plugin that extends the Elementor Form widget in that way.You are more than welcome to join our Facebook community and check with our users about what plugins and themes they recommend there.
I hope this can help you.

In this case, I’m afraid what you described is an expected behaviour. This is not a problem on your site or Elementor. Be aware that most browsers will automatically silence any auto-playing video, as a matter to improve user experience.
I hope this can help you.

Thank you for your insights and the workaround.Hello @sscprofessional!
Thank you for contacting us.I was reading your previous conversation, and I think I understand it.
In this case, I tested your site on some mobile devices and couldn’t appreciate any problem on your layout.
Please try these methods and tell us if they helped:- Regenerate the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your WordPress Dashboard.
- Go to Elementor > Settings on your WordPress dashboard, then Click the Advanced tab and then switch the CSS print method to Internal embedding.
- Clear all cache: your browser’s cache, other plugins’ cache, server cache (if possible).
- To rule out the possibility of a plugin or theme conflict, please deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor) and see if it helps. If it solves the issue, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit.
If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WordPress theme and see if it makes any difference.
Switch the CSS print method back after following these steps, regardless if it helped or not.
Hope those steps will help you, they go over the most common culprits for issues like yours.Regards.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide support or control of third-party plugins.
Please try contacting the author of your plugin, for extra guidance.Still, you can try some basic troubleshooting and see if it helps.
Please follow these steps, and let me know if it solved your issue:- Deactivate all of your plugins except Elementor. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.
- Switch your WordPress theme to Hello Elementor (or another default WordPress theme) temporarily and see if it solves your error.
I hope this can help you.
Let me know if you have other questions related to Elementor.Regards.
Hello @karinmv!
Thank you for contacting us.I was reading your previous conversation, and I think I understand it.
I understand you are using the ‘Elementor Header & Footer Builder’ plugin, which is a third-party plugin.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide support or control of third-party plugins.
Please try contacting the author of your plugin, for extra guidance. However, as a matter of help, it’s possible that you see a cached version of the front-office page.
- We have a few tools that help in such a situation, hope it’ll help:
- Clear all cache: your browser’s cache, other plugins’ cache, server cache (if possible).
- Regenerate the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your WordPress Dashboard.
- Go to Elementor > Settings on your WordPress dashboard.
- Click the Advanced tab and then switch the CSS print method to Internal embedding.
If it doesn’t help at all, switch the CSS print method back for better performance.
As a possible workaround, the Hello theme developed by us allows you to create headers and footers for free.
You do that Through Appearance > Customize when the Hello theme is active.Learn more about your issue here:
I hope this can help you.

In this case, kindly be advised that the default templates from our Library is constantly changing.
If you’re an old user, you might be talking about the templates created with Sections instead of the Flebox Containers.
So, to see these again, you must disable the “Flexbox Container” Feature via the Elementor > Settings > Features > Stable Features menu from the WordPress Dashboard.I hope this can help you.

In this case, the menu on your header is working without any problem on my end.
One thing I noticed is that the ‘Trucks’ menu item doesn’t have any link. So if you want this to link somewhere on your site, go to the WordPress > Appearance > Menu settings, edit your menu (“menu-main-menu-1”), and set a link for that item.
Also, regarding the submenu items (the “Segments”), all of these have a custom link.See these images as a reference:
Does this help you solve your issue? Or if we’re misunderstanding the situation, please record a screencast demonstrating the problem; it’ll help.
I hope this can help you.
Let me know any comments.Regards,
Hello again @mrmacca,
Thank you for the Feedback.I was looking at your site and noticed the Mobile menu is there, but the default Icon from the Hello theme is what’s missing.
In this case, please set the next Features/Experiments to this state:- Inline Font Icons -> Inactive
- Hello Theme Header & Footer -> Active
After this, ensure you Regenerate the CSS & Data (via the Elementor > Tools menu) and flush any optimization and/or cache data.
This should work.
Also, in case you keep having issues, to continue assisting you without affecting your live site: you can roll back Elementor and create a Staging site to troubleshoot the situation.I hope this can help you solve your issue.
Let me know any comments.Regards.

In this case, I noticed an optimization plugin (Siteground Optimizer) is minimizing and combining your CSS files. So, it’s probable this is causing a conflict within your custom styles and default styles from Elementor or other plugins/themes.
Please try these methods and tell us if they helped:
Regenerate the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your WordPress Dashboard.- Go to Elementor > Settings on your WordPress dashboard, then Click the Advanced tab and then switch the CSS print method to Internal embedding.
- Please try disabling the Siteground optimizer or any other optimization plugin.
- If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WordPress theme and see if it makes any difference.
Switch the CSS print method back after following these steps, regardless if it helped or not.
I hope those steps will help you; they go over the most common culprits for issues like yours.Lastly, kindly be advised that we can only provide support in the English language. So please, next time, use this language to avoid any conflict while translating your message(s).

In this case, kindly be advised that the Akismet integration features will appear on the Elementor Form(s) once you connect your account and set an API key on your site via the Akismet plugin.
Once you established an API key, go to the Page/Post where your form(s) is(are), and you’ll see a new Akismet Section under the Content tab from the Form(s).I hope this can help you.
If you have already connected an API Key, try removing/re-adding this on the Akismet plugin. You could also try disabling/renabling the Akismet and/or the Elementor plugins.
Let me know any comments.Regards,
