Hey Amalea, are there any books you recommend as far as digital illustration go? I’d be interested in some feedback or advice on how to get started on that. I think it’s really cool what you’ve done. Thanks.

Your site looks awesome, but some of the links on the left-hand menu are way too small. Other than that, it looks really good.

Thanks for the compliment. I don’t really see myself as a designer, but I’m trying to learn to get better. I remember my very first attempt at a webpage and compared to that, I’ve gradually gotten better! No more tables or image maps. LOL.

Yea, the layout is nice. I was just wondering if that header was yours or if you got permission to use it. I remember it catching my eye on deviantart. That guy has some amazing talent. Anyways, good job on your blog and kudos on getting permission.

It looks well designed. But, i would put a little padding around your text. The text touches the edge in a lot of places.

Ahh, that method I just mentioned only styles the text of the post. It doens’t style the title, the meta, and the feedback area of a post.

Hey davidchait, when you say wrap an extra div around my post, did you mean in the admin->post interface where the text for the post goes? Woah, if that’s possible, it would save me so much headache. I’m trying to think of ways to hack the foreach loop in index.php . Holy crap, I gotta try making life easier on myself. Lemme go see if it’s possible or if i just made a jackas$ out of myself. LOL.
