Hi James. Thank you for that. How do we go to the official support channel that you mentioned? We are novices at this. However due to our frustration we googled “wordpress sales log items ordered blank” and it took us straight to two forums that were full of people with exactly the same trouble as us. We have tried to follow the threads and fix the issue ourselves, to no avail. We appreciate your time and advice as to how to get this issue fixed on our wordpress site so we can sort out the issue with our customers orders. We tried to follow your hyperlink above, but it takes us to something wanting a log in which is obviously different to the log in for forums. We can’t seem to access that log in at all. Perhaps it’s something our computer guy has set up but he has gone away for a Christmas holiday and we can’t ask him. The person on those forums who seemed to know the most was called Mihai. Is it possible that he can help us? Thanks again and sorry if we are asking these questions in the wrong forum.

Hi Mihai we also have the problem of the sales log missing the name of the ordered items, we have read thru this forum post and followed the instuctions about adding floatval. However the issue is still not resolved. We noticed the file title said inactive and we assume this should say active. Could this be the problem? If so how do we fix it? Thanks.

Hi James. I have just looked at the plug ins list and the ones mentioning eCommerce are Gold Cart, Smart Manager, WP eCommerce and WP eCommerce tool kit. It’s a set up done by our computer guy but he hasn’t had very much time to really look into the problem as he’s a part timer. His first foray into the problem didn’t result in a solution. So it’s left to us to try and figure out a way to fix the issue. Any ideas? Thanks.
