This error is probably a conflict between plugins, so it would be helpful to run a plugin conflict test, so we can figure out exactly what other plugin is causing this issue in order to fix it.

Basically, you deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and Fluid Checkout, then re-activate each plugin one by one until you find one that causes the issue. You can find more specific instructions in the article below:

The first screenshot relates to the string “save changes” the other 3 screenshots relate to the string “proceed to” which is found in Loco Translate.

We tested this internally this only happens when the client makes the purchase as a guest without checking the “create account” box. We tested this both with Fluid Checkout enabled and disabled as this is a WooCommerce functionality.

When they create the account during the “checkout as guest” the order is correctly linked to the account.

This is most likely an incompatibility with the plugin “Claudio Sanches – Correios for WooCommerce”

We will add compatibility with that plugin in future releases, however, it might take some time until we are able to implement this.
