In reply to: [Fluid Checkout for WooCommerce - Lite] Login at checkout pageHi @markcalvin,
There is a particular way that WooCommerce handles cart data, which makes the cart be connected to the user login which will replace the current cart with the cart of the recently logged-in user if they already had a cart saved from their previous session.
1 – Could you please record a video of the issue you are describing? So we have a better understanding of the problem.
Best,
Alan.Hi @quentinw33,
This is currently not possible due to the way Fluid Checkout works right now.
However, We already have that option planned for a future release.
We will notify you here on this post as soon as an update is available.

In reply to: [Fluid Checkout for WooCommerce - Lite] Social LoginHi @jhonnwest,
Fluid Checkout does not have a feature for social login.
Currently, the plugin Nextend Social Login PRO works seamlessly with Fluid Checkout. In that case, you will need the PRO version of Nextend Social Login as their free version does not work with WooCommerce.

In reply to: [Fluid Checkout for WooCommerce - Lite] Store CreditHi @chrisalton11,
This seems to be an incompatibility between Fluid Check and Advanced Coupons plugins.
What happens in many cases is that the other plugin does not expect the order summary section to be duplicated on the page, which is the case with Fluid Checkout.
The scripts of the other plugin would then find the first element they are targeting on the page and stop there and not look for other instances of the same element.
There is a quick solution that would be to use a specific option of the plugin which does not require that section to be duplicated. it goes as follows:
1. Go to WP Admin > WooCommerce > Settings > Fluid Checkout
2. Locate the option “Place order” and set it to “Below the order summary”.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and choose the option “Save changes”.
Could you please try that and let us know if that solves your issue?
We are also currently working on a potential solution to this issue, however, this is likely to take a while until we are able to implement this.
We will notify you here on this post as soon as an update is available.

In reply to: [Fluid Checkout for WooCommerce - Lite] Change Review-Order templateHi @shayno90,
As you described there are some options on WooCommerce to show the subtotal price without tax included
The first one is the standard one that will show the price of the item already with tax included. The subtotal will be the sum of the item prices (tax included) as seen in this screenshot:
The second one will show the items price without the included tax and add a tax value line after the subtotal as seen in this screenshot:
We recommend you use the second option as you want the subtotal to be without the tax.
If you want to make any customizations to our plugin code and not have it overwritten after each update you can follow this documentation bellow

Alan.Hi @nikolastefan @dejaquesuene,
All icons from Fluid Checkout are added with a custom font, if the font file fails to load, all icons will be missing.
A possible cause for this issue would be that a performance-related plugin might be blocking the font file from being loaded.
1 – It would be helpful to run a plugin conflict test. You can get detailed instructions on how to perform that test in this article: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
2 – We could help investigate this issue by accessing your page URL, if you could send us that information that would be great.

Alan.Hello @mrapacz,
We already have that option planned for a future release.
We will notify you here on this post as soon as an update is available.

Alan.Hi @releasly,
This seems to be an incompatibility with your theme, in order for us to fix this we would need to know:
1 – What theme are you using?
2 – What is URL of the website that you are using Fluid Checkout? This could also be a conflict between plugins, so it would also be helpful to run a plugin conflict test.
Basically, you deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and Fluid Checkout, then re-activate each plugin one by one until you find one that causes the issue. You can find more specific instructions in the article below:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

Alan.Hi @ehsan82,
I checked your website and it doesn’t seem like you have FluidCheckOut active on your page. Could you provide us with a screenshot or video of the animation you are referring to?
Also, the test link you sent is returning 404 not found.

In reply to: [Fluid Checkout for WooCommerce - Lite] Shipping address N/A on invoiceHi Nat,
As explained in your ticket on our support system.
This usually happens when the order did not need a shipping address, which in turn happens in three cases:
1 – If all the products purchased with this order are “virtual”, that is, the product type does not require shipping; or
2 – If a “Local pickup / in-store collection” shipping method was used.
3 – If shipping is not enabled in your WooCommerce settingsBest,
Alan.
