This error is probably a conflict between plugins, so it would also be helpful if you could run a plugin conflict test to find out which plugin or theme might be conflicting with Fluid Checkout.Basically, you temporarily deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and Fluid Checkout, then re-activate each plugin one by one until you find one that causes the issue. Ideally this should be done in a test/staging copy of your website. You can find more specific instructions in the article below from WooCommerce:

Hi Maico,
The service to search for CEP is broken for the Brasil API v2, which is used by some plugins. This has been fixed already for our Google Address Autocomplete Plugin with the next update (not released yet).
1 – Could you try disabling Fluid Checkout Lite to see if the problem still persists?
2 – You could use our Google Address Autocomplete Plugin which can solve the problem.

This could be a conflict with another plugin you are using in your checkout.
1 – You could do a plugin conflict test, you will temporarily deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and Fluid Checkout, then re-activate each plugin one by one until you find one that causes the issue. Ideally, this should be done in a test/staging copy of your website. You can find more specific instructions in the article below from WooCommerce:
