    So this error occurs when code tries to specifically use SSLv3 (which is obsolete and was succeeded by a more secure protocol and the only one we use TLS 1.2.) 
    For this issue you'd need to ensure your plugin is up to date (to see if they fixed it) or refer to the plugin developer whom the code belongs to that makes this request to ask them to update the protocol they use to TLS 1.2.
    
    Sorry, we can't be more directly helpful than that, but we don't allow SSLv3 for security reasons and this is something they'd have to fix for you.
