Same here, I have the pro version and I keep asking for the support they answered a couple of times without any solution. They just say stuff like “Try to purge cache”, “Give us admin access”.
Even after providing admin access, they didn’t reply for a whole day during weekdays.
Even their very small knowledgebase is outdated, the last update on any article was 3 years ago.
I thought the plugin’s popularity and reviews are real. They get paid, why they don’t provide the required support to this plugin?
