It looks like the custom page titles don’t work on the cart’s “Shop” page, but I can live with that. Feel free to look into it if you want to for the sake of improving the plugin.

I should have mentioned that I did deactivate the Orillacart plugin, and the site titles went back to normal. I reactivated it, and the titles are goofy again. I love this plugin and hope that this can be resolved.

I also posted this issue to Hostgator (our host) and they fixed it! Here is their reply in case someone else runs into this:

“It appears that wordpress was trying to write to the root directory of the server / we have changed it to use /tmp instead.”

We were installing a WP in stall that was built by another designer on a different server. Maybe that designer changed the config file for their server settings.

I’m having the same problem, can’t install plugin or wordpress updates.. when i attempt to update wordpress, my error says:

Warning: touch() [function.touch]: Unable to create file /wordpress-3.tmp because Permission denied in /home/acental/public_html/wp-admin/includes/file.php on line 213
Download failed.: Could not create Temporary file.

Installation Failed

I checked my wp-content folder, as well as the plugins, themes, upgrades and uploads folders and all are set to 755. Any ideas?
