Hello, as an update, I have got some help from someone to install the products, on the wordpress site (not live yet) the problem is that none of the products images are showing either in the products grid or on the product page.

I have already tried to switch theme to Storefront and deactivate all the plugins with no luck, still having the same issue. I have also checked that the images url is https and it’s actually working in a new tab.

Any other suggestion?

Honestly, the confusion still stands. What you say seems to contradict “Further, to achieve the desired outcome, you can simply remove the shop page configuration through the WooCommerce settings. This will allow you to edit the shop page as needed” statement from Avinash in the previous reply.

I would have thought that If I make a new page called “shop” and delete the one automatically created by WooCommerce, if that is the conflicting issue, and and then assign it to be the shop page, it should look the way I want. It seems silly (as a non expert) that I am now stuck with something that i did on a different theme…

As I said, at least the links work, which is the main thing, but I still would like to understand what happened, and why it still stuck on a different view.

Did you mean NOT to select a page at all or to make another one?

I did try to make a Shop- page but i had the same issue, as before. I have now deleted to new Shop-

and Shop page edit and Shop page live now show the same photos style, without having nothing selected under WooCommerce-Settings-Products-Shop Page.

I seems to have similar issues with “products” which shows a different style photos, same as what It did before on Shop live page… That doesn’t seems to be a page but a category created by WooCommerce I guess?

To be honest the links to the products seems to be working it’s the visual that annoys me

There’s definitely an FTP option, which I was trying to set up, but obviously I’d done something wrong…
Anyway, I can now magically access wp-admin again, so I’m doing a backup with a plugin and then carry on from there.

I tried to set up FTP on Cloud, to see if I can turn off plugins from the folder, but I failed to set up as well ??
